Yuuri Solo Exhibition "Irohari Machi He Youkoso"

This is a solo exhibition by Yuuri, a concept artist and designer. The exhibition aims to create a space that evokes the feeling of actually visiting Irohari-Machi, an imaginary city.

Yuuri's Comment:

My concept art and design sketches are "design drawings" that capture fragments of a broad space of imaginary worlds and cities, and are not completed or concluded as single paintings or illustrations. I have long contemplated the significance of exhibiting these pieces separately in a real gallery. I created this town from my desire to visit a place like this. With the intention of making it an experience unavailable in the digital realm, I have crafted a space for this exhibition that embodies these fragments, with the cooperation of many. I invite you to visit and experience "Irohari Machi."

Formerly employed at a game company, later turned freelance.
Active in game and anime background design and illustration, also serves as a lecturer for CGWORLD and professional schools.
